We have an opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join us at Honeywell, in Bucharest, where you will be responsible for Northern-European sales team for Honeywell Sensing Solutions and be part of our Inside Sales team, driving business growth in a few select countries in Northern Europe.

The role is to help outside sales team to manage sales opportunities within a specific territory following up (internal & external), and help closing opportunities. The role will require spaneting campaign & lead management, customer follow up, follow up on samples, orders and deliveries

This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.

Key responsibilities

  • Build long term, meaningful partner relationships in a remote environment (verbal skills/phone skills are very important)
  • Act on the customers’ behalf as an advocate to ensure the best possible experience when interacting with Honeywell
  • Collaborate effectively with Regional Distribution Managers & Account Managers to ensure perfect synchronization between project objectives and partner’s/OEM customer’s needs
  • Collaborate effectively with other internal teams to ensure the customer needs are fully met, which include pricing, quotation, samples and RMA tracking
  • Initial screening of Leads that come into Honeywell, by checking company background, identifying products etc. So that the Sales team can effectively address the customer needs.
  • In cooperation with Product Marketing team, make initial assessment of target customers for certain campaigns or projects by, for example, identifying size of the company, locations, end customer etc.
  • Involve in ad-hoc team projects to address orders and revenue gaps and other business objectives.

  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of CRM systems, preferably SFDC
  • Good understanding of multi-dimensional routes to spanet - via Channel, Distribution and Direct to end users;
  • Manipulation and data management skills with the ability to produce timely and accurate management reports in a high pressure / short cycle management environment
  • External knowledge should typically include mixed model routes to spanet such as direct, partner and distribution.
