PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain clean and safe office buildings and production facilities. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring a healthy and efficient workspace for all employees.

Your Role and Impact
As a Custodian, you’ll perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks that directly support daily operations. Your work helps create a welcoming and safe environment for employees and visitors alike.

What You’ll Be Doing

Clean and maintain interior spaces including offices, restrooms, and production areas.
Perform tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, waxing floors, and washing walls and windows.
Replenish supplies in washrooms and lavatories (toilet paper, soap, towels).
Remove litter, empty trash bins, and recycle paper, cans, and bottles.
Change light bulbs, unclog toilets, and monitor compactor and recycling bins.
Read and follow work orders and safety instructions.
May perform basic repairs as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

Ability to follow written instructions and safety guidelines.
Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting and operating cleaning equipment.
Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in custodial or janitorial roles.
Familiarity with industrial or production facility cleaning standards.
Basic repair skills and mechanical aptitude.

Pay Rate: $18.15
Shift: 2nd Shift M-F 3:00PM-11:30PM

Pay Details: $18.15 per hour
