Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects within our aerospace forging operations. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget, while ensuring alignment with Press Forge’s safety, quality, and operational standards.
This role requires strong project leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, supply chain, and customers to drive successful outcomes.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Project Leadership
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements for aerospace manufacturing initiatives.
- Lead project teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive adherence to aerospace quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide transparent communication to leadership, team members, and customers.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts across departments to maintain alignment with project goals.
Operational Execution
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with operations and engineering to integrate new processes, equipment, or capabilities into production.
- Ensure projects are executed with a focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, timelines, risks, and post-project evaluations.
- Track and report progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Present final project outcomes, lessons learned, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in project management and MRO procurement in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and/or project management methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with strict timelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.

Experience & Education
- Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management within aerospace, forging, or advanced manufacturing.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $85,000 to $110,000 US Dollar (USD) Salaried based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 2X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 120 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the companys medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
