You will be a Manufacturing Operations Lead for the Sensor Integration and Test Center (SITC). Our team is responsible for driving manufacturing excellence, coordinating equipment and tooling, and ensuring the success of multiple work cells.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will be responsible for managing personnel, non-recurring engineering activities, and coordinating the efforts of a matrixed multifunctional support staff to meet SITC schedules and objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating all manufacturing requirements, equipment, and tooling for multiple work cells
• Directing salaried supervision and team lead responsibilities
• Managing personnel and non-recurring engineering activities
• Presenting to customers and stakeholders
• Influencing others at various levels to drive results
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum of two years of manufacturing or related leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership behaviors consistent with Full Spectrum Leadership competencies.
- Experience in the areas of manufacturing, planning, and test.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others at various levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
Desired Skills:
- Masters degree in business, engineering, or other related discipline.
- Strong technical and problem solving skills in the area of aerospace manufacturing and test.
- Experienced working in teams and creating highly functional work groups.
- Prior experience leading Performance Management Teams (PMTs).
- Sensor program knowledge a plus.
- Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
- Must be a team player and multi-tasker.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
