This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in luxury travel or hospitality, who thrives in a dynamic, customer-centric environment, excels at building and nurturing high-impact partnerships across internal teams and external collaborators, and brings strong project management skills to drive complex initiatives from concept to execution.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance customer loyalty and elevate the brand’s premium travel offerings.
- Create and refine exclusive benefits, amenities and experiences in close collaboration with internal and external partners. Provide strategic input to ensure all offerings align with the brand’s premium positioning, contributing to thoughtful branding and communication strategies.
- Build and sustain high-value relationships with luxury hospitality and travel partners, serving as a key point of contact to ensure program excellence, alignment with brand standards, and mutual business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Call Center (CEC), Sales, Rev Mgmt to ensure seamless integration and execution of premium travel offerings.
- Evaluate program performance, collect feedback, and refine offerings to meet the evolving needs of our premium customer base.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive strategies, and emerging opportunities within the luxury travel sector to ensure offerings remain competitive, distinctive and aligned with the evolving expectations of premium travels.

SALARY
$53,000 – $90,000 annually

Delta Vacations Corporate Headquarters, Atlanta GA
POSITION TYPE/STANDARD SCHEDULE
Full-Time Monday through Friday; 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend may be required as job duties demand.
