Responsibilities:
He is responsible for compliance with and enforcement of Hungarian and Arconic regulations applicable to the units of the Casthouse Production Organization, for ensuring compliance of the Company in the fields of quality management, environmental protection, health protection, occupational safety, and labour law.
Main tasks:
- Organizing, managing, and coordinating production tasks with the aim of maximizing the utilization of production capacity and increasing profitability and customer satisfaction
- Active cooperation with the logistics organization in the preparation and preparation of production programs. Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of programmes.
- Active participation in the creation of conditions for infrastructure necessary for production.
- He is responsible for the optimal utilization, continuous development (multi skilled) and training of employees.
- Responsibility for the quality of products and compliance with technological discipline.
- Analysis and evaluation of problems hindering production, action to eliminate them, rescheduling and programme modifications.
- Analysis and evaluation of the technological level of the Company, development proposals management of the process engineering area.
- Support for the development and implementation of investment proposals, programmes
- Based on the quality assurance system, define tasks for the production department to ensure quality production, manage planning, and monitor implementation.
- Examination of losses, cost-increasing factors, as well as the development of technical-economic indicators and the development of measures for the economical and economical implementation of production.
- For managing environmental issues and measures taken or planned because of official investigations from the production managers side.
- Inquiries related to occupational safety, health, work accidents, fire, property safety issues, management of the implementation of planned measures from the side of production managers.
- Technical University or collage degree
- Min. 5 years middle and 5 years EXTLT and min. 3 years equivalent to LT management level experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership skills
- Open personality, willingness to learn
- General understanding of the business environment, ability to establish to strategy of 5-year plan
- Good communication and presentation skills in both Hungarian and English
- Ability to work independently, without continuous supervision and control
- Ability to work in teams and to lead teams
- Willingness to learn and coach.
