You will be the Engineering & Technology (E&T) Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for driving technical excellence, affordability, and program execution, while supporting department initiatives and directorate undertakings.

What You Will Be Doing
As the E&T Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, while also driving technical excellence and program execution. You will play a critical role in supporting department initiatives and directorate undertakings, ensuring the teams work aligns with organizational goals.

Your responsibilities will include:
•Providing technical coaching and mentoring to team members
•Managing work assignments, employee career development, and ongoing feedback
•Coordinating employee recruitment, selection, and training
•Conducting performance assessments, salary planning, and recognition/disciplinary actions
•Developing engineering competency and promoting customer focus
•Supporting program development and execution of program requirements
•Ensuring adherence to engineering development processes and serving as the technical conscience for your program

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
