Maintenance Coordinator week-end

Job Description:

What are your contributions to the team?

Communications between technicians, customers, plant engineering and planner.
Prepare Summary of the day and pass over.
Adhesion to KPI .
Assignment of work order per technician.
Consolidate inputs (MP, MCU, MCP) and coordinate work according to priorities (short term, daily, weekly)
Communicate the actions plans and follow-up with customers and stakeholders (Notice of work)
Carry out pre and post-intervention go-see operational in force.
Identify opportunities for improvement in order to support.
the preventive vision of the company
Ensure proper monitoring of KPIs and manage discrepancy management.
Perform RIPs (potential impact review)
Write work permits.
Assist / Support the maintenance leader.
Active participation in the DMM in order to bring the issues.

How to thrive in this role?

You have a secondary degree.
You have good leadership
You have good customer service skill
You are bilingual french and english, in both written and oral.
You are able to manage time in a high volume job environment.
You have 2 to 5 years of expirence
You have good knowledge of MS project suite
You are working with an ERP module (Maximo)
