Job Title: Aircraft MechanicJob Description
We are seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to join our Maintenance team. This position supports production and modification lines, contributing to a fleet of fighter aircraft. The Maintenance and Production staff are a dedicated team comprised of experienced, A&P-certified, and tactical aircraft mechanics, technicians, and logisticians. There is an opportunity for direct hire after satisfactory completion of the initial contract.
Responsibilities
- Perform organizational, intermediate, and limited depot-level maintenance, including inspection, operational test, repair, modification, and troubleshooting on all assigned aircraft, components, and equipment.
- Apply advanced technical knowledge to solve complex problems.
- Provide technical assistance, guidance, and instruction to teammates as needed.
Essential Skills- Minimum of 1 year work experience in aircraft maintenance occupational field.
- Ability to perform maintenance on fixed wing aircraft, preferably high-performance military aircraft (F-5/T-38).
- Valid state drivers license.
- Ability to cross-train into other specialties.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and projects.
- Calmness under pressure and adaptability.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- High School diploma / GED.
- Creativity, positivity, and confidence.
- Subject to pre-employment and random drug/alcohol screening and physical certifications.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reno, Nevada.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
