Material Logistics Specialisst

Job Description:

HQ Aero is currently recruiting for Material Logistics Specialist in Bridgeport, WV.

Responsibilities:
• Create Purchase Requests
• Create Sales Orders
• Invoicing
• Create/Approve Purchase Orders
• Logistics – Responsible for arranging pick up and scheduling deliveries
• Create Bill of Materials
• Create Production Orders
• Shipping and Receiving
• Maintain inventory – 8130 room, Quarantine Cabinet, Scrap Cage, As Removed racks
• Maintain shelf-life log and consumables

Qualifications, Experience & Requirements:
• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to work independently, set and meet own deadlines
• Ability to work well with all levels of management and support staff
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient with Excel

PREFERRED
• Materials Management
• Aviation experience
• Accounting/Buyer experience
• ERP Software experience
