Job Title: Avionics TechnicianJob Description
We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform line maintenance on various customer aircraft, ensuring that all services meet safety and performance standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance (on-call and scheduled) on various customer aircraft.
- Conduct routine maintenance and airworthiness releases, returning aircraft to service.
- Service, inspect, and maintain aircraft, engines, and associated components to meet deadlines and performance goals.
- Troubleshoot systems, disassemble, repair, and reassemble sections and components.
- Ensure all departing aircraft are safe in accordance with FARs and manufacturer manuals.
- Collaborate with the air carriers maintenance control center as required.
- Troubleshoot malfunctions in avionics components and electrical systems.
- Use mandated safety equipment and comply with safety requirements.
- Complete all checklists, forms, and reports as per regulations.
- Participate in on-the-job training with onsite personnel.
- Test and troubleshoot instruments, components, and assemblies.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
- Lay out installation of aircraft assemblies and systems following blueprints and manuals.
Essential Skills- A&P License is preferred but not required
- Experience in line maintenance
- Familiarity with avionics systems and wiring
- Ability to troubleshoot avionics and electrical systems
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Current valid drivers license
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Preferred experience with Boeing 757/767
- Ability to frequently stand, walk, and use hand dexterity
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Must pass airport security checks
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
