Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator for our procurement team. Our team is responsible for developing and administering subcontracts to support the development, production, and global sustainment of our products and services.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for creating and managing subcontracts for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our subcontracts are properly developed, negotiated, and administered to support our business objectives.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions
• Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders conferences, and evaluating proposals
• Negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending subcontractors, and writing subcontract packages
• Administering resulting subcontracts, including negotiating and coordinating changes
• Participating in the development of subcontract policies and procedures
• Signing supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
• Ability to be on-site a minimum of 2 days/week.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
