PURPOSEThis role supports the product team in delivering the roadmap for our data and self-service platforms. The individual will build product expertise and act as a bridge between product management, support, development, and customer-facing teams, contributing to user testing, documentation, and customer onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Test new DigiHub features and enhancements to ensure quality before release.
Assist with API Implementation: Help customers integrate Service Management APIs, providing guidance and coordination with technical teams.
Respond to Product Inquiries: Handle questions related to data and API services via developer.aero and DigiHub, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Coordinate with Support Teams: Triage and resolve queries that go beyond Level 1 support, including subscription requests and usage questions from Customer Success Managers.
Maintain and Develop Documentation: Create and update product materials such as user guides, onboarding content, release notes, and FAQs.
Contribute to Self-Service Content: Work with Marketing to produce video tutorials and other content to support customer enablement on DigiHub.
Support Onboarding Activities: Assist new users in getting started with our platforms and ensure they are aware of available tools and resources.
Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with Product Managers, Developers, Support, Sales, and Marketing to ensure aligned and effective product delivery and communication.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCEExperience in product support, technical, or business-facing roles, ideally with exposure to APIs, SaaS tools, or the aviation industry.
