Join a high-impact staffing team supporting a client site in Richardson, TX as an In-House Associate Onsite Support Specialist. In this full-time, contract role, you’ll manage onsite workforce operations and drive recruiting for skilled trades. You’ll be the go-to resource for associates and client leadership: handling day-to-day questions, resolving issues, and helping maintain a safe, productive work environment.
This role blends hands-on associate support with structured onboarding processes, including I-9 verification, USV updates, and record management in Bullhorn (ATS). This position is fully onsite. Military-connected talent is encouraged to apply.

Pay rate for this role is $25.00 per hour for all hours worked.
Scheduled working hours are 9:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Primary work location for this position is Richardson, TX 75082 at the client facility.
Expected start date for this position is ASAP, subject to hiring process completion.

What You Will Do?Serve as the onsite point-of-contact for associates and client leadership, providing consistent support and communication.
Perform daily check-ins with talent, documenting updates and escalating associate concerns when needed.
Conduct safety walks throughout the facility and reinforce established site safety expectations with associates.
Provide coaching and counseling support to associates with professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Assist with day-to-day associate questions and issue resolution, coordinating with client leadership when appropriate.
Support recruiting and onboarding processes after completing training, following defined procedures and timelines.
Verify IDs in-person and complete I-9 requirements accurately to maintain legal and policy compliance.
Keep candidate records up to date in Bullhorn (ATS), ensuring complete, accurate, and current information at all times.

Previous experience working with skilled trades, manufacturing, or similar industries, supporting frontline or operational roles.
Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-through and high attention to detail in all tasks.

Driven and resourceful work style, not intimidated by clear performance expectations or measurable goals.
