Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting production managers by assisting with timekeeping, managing production orders, and overseeing station assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist production managers in daily operations.
• Manage and track timekeeping for production staff.
• Handle production orders and ensure accurate processing.
• Coordinate station assignments and optimize workflow.

• Proficiency in assembly and blueprint reading.
• Experience with wiring and administrative support.
• Strong skills in data entry and Microsoft Excel.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or certificate in a technical area preferred.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Work Environment

Work in a clean room environment requiring adherence to specific dress codes, including wearing smocks, hair nets, beard nets, and shoe covers.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Midland, Texas

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
